7 BMW leases with Prestige and we keep coming back because of great Salesman's and service. Mike L was awesome when we purchased. Frank M awesome showing us the navigation on Saturday.

I appreciate the effort Frank and Tim made to assure this was the right vehicle for me. It is difficult to select a vehicle on line and Frank took a personal approach to address my concerns as to the quality and existing conditions of the 650i.

Our family has worked with Lori for the past 13 years, and 5 cars later, we are back again! I am not a fan of car shopping however, Rocco made my experience a complete pleasure. He was kind, knowledgeable and to the point. He was quick to recognize that this was a chore so he got right to business and we were able to complete the tedious task quickly. Not to mention, the time spent within BMW was very enjoyable. The coffee and food that was made available to us was so delicious and Rocco was always making sure we were comfortable.

I had been to the dealership 2x for help with programming my garage door opener....each time they said it would work when I got home but it did not. On Friday Sept 25 I called dealership and spoke to Frank. He tried to "walk me through it " while on phone but it did not work..again. He then emailed me directions and they worked!!! His written directions were very clear. Frank was extremely patient and helpful...it was a pleasure speaking with him.

Having bad experienced with the sales mans in the various dealerships, my friend and I were almost about to give up buying a car. It did not matter of what brand and design to choose, whom we can trust was the most considerable barrier. Luckily, Lori, Asserson at prestige BMW, was the one we looked for. I was referred to Lori Asserson by a contact at Prestige Mercedes, and I have to say that it was a lucky day for me that my husband and I connected with her. She was extremely knowledgable and thorough in going over the features of the X3 and X1 BMW models which I was considering, but was never pushy in her manner. Frank S was great. He was very helpful, honest and patient during this whole process. I would recommend any of my family members to go to Prestige to purchase a car. The whole staff was friendly and your snack bar was great. You can tell BMW cares about their clients from the moment you walk in the door. Mark, Dwayne and Lauren (finance person) were great too.
