It was a smooth and professional experience obtaining our BMW; we were walked through all the paperwork and everyone was upfront and professional. In particular Dan, James, and Clover were courteous and professional, and we would definitely refer them to our friends.

Made all paper work through the phone and max helped me out through the whole process. When i finally got there, they helped me as much as possible to get my monthly rate lower, and they did. Ontop of that, the vehicle recieved amazing warranty. Would highly recommend to other buyers.

Can't recommend Frank Salzano enough. He was very upfront during the whole process, never pushy, honest, and always friendly. Altogether this was the most pleasnt experience I've ever had at a car dealer. Would work with Frank again without hesitation.

We just recently purchased an X6 and a 525 from Prestige BMW.
