Lori Asserson and Clover Mayfield went above an beyond my expectations, as my previous experience with any car dealers and exepcially BMW dealer's "which are not worth mentioning" could never compete with this team at Prestige. I have purchased and leased many cars over the years, but not once has my experience been as exceptional as when I leased my BMW 428 convertible from Dan Gorelick. This was our second experience with this dealership. Our first, several years ago, left a lot to be desired. Apparently, management felt the same way because this time was exactly the opposite. This was my 3rd purchase from Prestige BMW and it was amazing Max Carela and Eddie Jones went above and beyond there expected duties. I cant see myself purchasing another vehicle from anywhere else other than Prestige BMW.

What can I say. Honesty & integrity are not some of the values that you normally find in a car salesman, but Rich Ortiz possessed those qualities and many more. Prestige BMW is 65 miles away from my home. There are at least 5 dealers that are closer. None match Prestige BMW.
