I brought my car into the dealership for service. If you have every read the book "Raving Fans", this is the experience I had with customer service representative, Jeffrey Cicero. His attention to detail and the professionalism was excellent. I have been a Prestige customer for a number of years now and I would never look for a car anywhere else.

I had such a wonderful experience with Dan. I called stating that I wanted the car at 6PM. By 8PM Dan already made sure that I got exactly the price I needed, added my insurance and PICKED ME UP IN THE MORNING! I felt horrible because it literally took him 3 hours in NJ traffic to drive to Brooklyn. I know if I stood in traffic for 3 hours, I would not be someone you want to be around. Over the past 10 years we have been almost exclusively a 2 car - BMW family. The tradition continued due to some excellent professional support from James Maroules - I know him by "Jimmy".
