"Prompt, courteous, with a great waiting room" Easy in and out. Prompt and friendly service people - who explained things, and didn't try to upsell work. The waiting room was conducive to working while waiting, so it was actually productive time! It was scheduled, covered maintenance, so the price issue wasn't an issue.

No replies to my text for updates (as suggested in initial text to my phone). Not transparent on up front costs (brake flush) but communicated cost of work I asked for (sunroof). "Great experience. " I was in and out of the dealership in a new leased vehicle in one hour. There was no heavy sales pressure from Eric to purchase any additional coverage although I did opt to do so. He explained everything very well. Jesus and Eric were very laid-back but professional.
