"Great service experience ! " On my last visit to bmw of Ramsey I had great service done to my 208k Miles 2008 bmw 535xi Very knowledgeable tech Arthur worked on it and I was helped by advisor Brian Helpin . The problems were found and taken care of very quickly and professionally , had great pleasure driving brand new loaner X2 for the time of the repairs . Thank you BMW of Ramsey service team 👍
"Service " Great place - they understood my situation and got everything done quickly. Best service in town. Very friendly and they are very quick to help out as much as they can.
"Disappointing" Having arranged for a loaner car while my car was being serviced enabled me to plan out my day. However, when I arrived Diana informed me that there were no loaners available. Had I known that, I would have planned my appointments differently. Instead, I had to be driven back to my home and had to cancel my previous commitments. Diana was very professional and apologetic.
