"Perfect service " They replaced my tires quickly. They also fixed my car play system that BMW of Manhattan couldn’t. I am so glad to have my M2 back.
"Recent Service Experience" I was called to let me know service was needed. Appreciated that. Made an appointment conveniently. Brought my car in. Everyone was super friendly and check in was extremely quick. Went up to the lounge. Had coffee. Made a business call in a quiet room off the lounge. Service rep let me know status of my car. What’s not to like and share?

"Awesome professional service " My daughter brought in the car since the iDrive clicker was not working. Kevin understood the problem and then gave my daughter a loaner car which by the way was like a brand new X1. The part had to be ordered and after a day, iDrive was back to normal. It took me less than 15 minutes to get my car back.
"Ramsey BMW" Dwayne was thorough at both my first genius overview and again at my encore session. He answered all questions, showed patience and went through alll of the car features and mechanics so that we had a full understanding. I feel that I can always reach out to Dwayne if a question comes up! Awesome experience.
