"Excellent First Impression!" This was my first time having my car serviced and I wasn't sure where to go and what to expect. The friendly receptionist in the main showroom directed me where to go. "Knowledgeable and extremely helpful" Lori was a pleasure to work with from the second my husband and I walked in the door. We were comparing two different models and she didn't even try and up sell us the more expensive model. She was honest and very straight forward with us the entire time and went above and beyond in every step of the process. I highly recommend Lori, she is the best there is!
