"They keep working until you are happy!" Daniela was a tremendous help! She is very knowledgeable about all of the packages and vehicles, and was very patient and accommodating when it came to test drives, questions, and pricing. Their pricing was solid, and by no means was it ever a high pressure to make a decision environment. Their service center is also fantastic and super helpful whenever I have needed them. I highly recommend Daniela and Ramsey BMW.

"From Start to Finish Excellence " As usual was really painless and professional throughout ,my service advisor John Brugaletta was very proactive and knowledgeable and outside of the 2 Pvc recall and heater recall fixes suggested some help with a serious dent in my 328 front right side panel .THE LOANER WAS READY AND WAS SPOTLESS (fun to drice as well )
"Knowledgeable and genuine" What makes Daniela stand out is how genuine she is. While we were looking for cars, she kept our baby occupied by giving him pens and highlighters to draw with and heated food for my husband who had not had dinner. "Best dealership ever" Had 2 recalls on my car called and made an appointment same day, which was amazing. Every other dealer couldn't see me for 2 months. Dealership was clean and everyone there was so nice. Customer lounge had sandwiches and coffee. This is the only dealership I will ever go to because my latest experience there. Diana was behind all the great service and she's the best.
