"Quick and painless" Alex knows exactly what I need and delivers every time. I will continue to come to him first for all of my car needs. I've worked with him for 10+ years.
"Quick service took over 3 hours " I have visited this service center a few times and have had great service . I scheduled “ quick service “ oil change and was advised that it would not take long . I arrived at 9:20 am and my car was returned to me almost noon . If it was going to take so long , I would of gladly dropped it and picked it up later in the day . I need to schedule a coolant flush but , I’m extremely hesistate to go there .

"Excellent service" I've used Ramsey BMW (previously Prestige BMW) since 2012 when I purchased my X5. I was always happy with them. I recently moved out of state and made an appt with Bay Ridge BMW for service since it is much closer to my new home. Needless to say, I walked out of there without letting them touch my car. "Very pleasant experience " From the time I brought the car in I was taken care of. I had problem with car engine light coming on and was worry that something was really wrong. So I called my dealer Andrew asked if I could bring car in it was a Saturday. With my other car from Volkswagen I had to wait and make appointment. "What an awesome welcome " I can say that being greeted in such an welcoming and pleasant manner upon arrival makes all the difference. Leadership at its best is when it is set by example - that was displayed - as l was immediately attended to by the Service Dept. Manager. I am sure the entire staff is taking note, as they should - hence pleasantry makes all the difference.
