"Always good service, but bummed I wasn't given a loaner" Been a customer for decades, am on my 6th or 7th BMW, including my 2018 440 Convertible bought from here that needed routine service, and had to wait instead of being given courtesy of a loaner. Disappointing.
"No pressure from sales rep and manager, made it easy " My sales rep Jesus Vicioso was very profesional from the beginning, he helped me to select the options for my 2019 X6 Msport, giving advice on which options to choose without any pressure After I left the showroom he kept in touch with me calling me asking if I had any questions to call him at anytime giving me his cell number.
