"Friendly service at BMW of Ramsey" Had a great experience at BMW of Ramsey, starting from the first moment I walked through the door and spoke to the friendly people at the front desk. My salesman Frank Salzano was extremely personable, knowledgeable about the cars, and came off as trustworthy. I definitely left thinking his primary goal was to do right by the customer (me) which is something I usually don’t feel when out car shopping. I would recommend others come to BMW of Ramsey to purchase a new vehicle.
"Feedback" I was contacted due to a recall. I made the appointment only after I confirmed that a loaner is available. No loaner was available and had to be driven home. This is the second time I find myself in this situation at the dealer. I was called that the car is ready. I had my daughter drop me off to get my car.
