"Recall appointment" Everything went smoothly....both recall issues were addressed, the car was washed -- and I was out in the promised two hours. On top of that Morgan was terrific.
"Buying a car with Lori Asserson is GREAT!!" Buying a car with Lori is one of the easiest things you can do in life. I was in and out of the dealership in 3 hours with my new BMW 528iX. The experience was painless. She is such a pleasure to deal with and not only does she go the extra mile, she goes double to make sure you are satisfied. Auto sale people usually have bad reputations but in dealing with Lori you have to put that kind of thinking on a shelf. Lori thank you ... you are the best!!!

"Experience " My experience at BMW was superb, Steve helped me through the whole process and found the perfect car for that was right in my price range and Michael was helpful and made the actual buying process of the car very easy and fast. Kristen was very informative about the technology of the car and she showed me and all the features and was quickly able to figure everything with her help. Out of all the other car dealerships I had been to, this one by far had the best service and will 100% recommend Prestige BMW

"Ask for Frank Salzano" I spent a few months looking for the right vehicle and it took some time to pull the trigger because I was waiting to see how my family logistics would work. "The service of my BMW was done in a timely manner." Cameron Cocherl, Service Advisor is very friendly and helpful. He takes his job seriously and professionally and pretty familiar with the BMW working features and tested the cigaret lighter.
