"repair glass to windshield" Anna was very helpful, courteous and knowledgable. she worked with me to find the best option for my repair and was very patient. she even followed up with me in the evening after I went home to make sure I was happy!

"These guys were amazing !" I forgot the name of the gentleman that helped me in the service dept. but he was great ! Tim was totally professional when I bought the car. But the service department won me over big time, when another dealership, I won't mention names told me that this and that was not covered under CPO, which I knew was not true Ramsey BMW ,formally Prestige, took care of everything with no hassles headaches or excuses. Ill get my next ride hopefully a CPO X5M from them soon. Thanks Andrew
"Thorough, fast and affordable " Cars first service and John was very thorough pointing out the recalls and making sure they got done. Kept car overnight just to make sure all was working perfectly. Loaner option is great!
