"Return Customer" I had not been to Ramsey BMW in quite some time, but returned recently and the service was great! Thank you to Andrea for calling me and telling me about the new value program for car repairs. It was the decision-maker for me to return for service.
"Pleasant experience, no pressure" I usually dread buying or leasing a new car. The pressure to buy, not getting the best price at the outset all turn me off. At Ramsey I did not feel that. No pressure, no haggling over price but a price that beat the competition. When my car was damaged at the port, they found me another car with more options at the same price that same day.
