"Customer Service" Dealing with customer service rep Anna Piserchia is a pleasure. She goes above and beyond for her customers. One of the main reasons I stay with this dealership.

"Terrific experience!" One of my front tire had a flat, so I called Roadside Assistance and they came to pick up my car and dropped it off at a closest location which was Ramsey BMW. As I pulled up to 'Service', they immediately started on my car. Within an hour, I got a new tire & oil change, and was ready to drive off. Morgan Kirk was very professional, knowledgable, and explained all the details of what is covered with my BMW warranty. This is the best BMW dealership! Highly recommend!
