"Professional" We have been dealing with Lori Asserson for many years and will continue to do so. She is friendly, professional and always makes our experience easy and relaxed.
"Tire Service" Dealership and Service Advisor were top notch! They handled the tire issue and provided a car while they worked on our car. Take your BMW here and no where else.
"Z4 PVC Recall and Additional Repairs and Service" They took care of me pretty well. The owner got me a real cool loaner and the Service Advisor John was very helpful and provided me with all the answers to my questions. The only thing was the cashier didn't seem very friendly. Just told me where to sign and my payment. Didn't ask to see if I had any questions on the bill or payment. The only time I didn't feel very comfortable.
"Recalls " This bmw of Ramsey is amazing! The customer service is outstanding and the service people are all friendly-there was not one employee that didn’t seem happy to be at work. The knowledge base is amazing. The quality of work impeccable.

"Repair" Bringing my car in for service was so easy and pleasant. Upon entering the garage, I was meted by someone and promptly taken care of. I waited for the car - which took as long as I was told it would be. Cameron called me to say it was done - as well as the interior and exterior being cleaned. All around, always pleasant and easy!
"easy drop off and pickup good help by service tech Diana" i have always had great service at Ramsey BMW. ,the facility is super clean. Every employee that I have dealt with were very competent.and informed.
