Do not take your car for service to this dealership. I came to the dealership for headlight repairs and left with a flat tire and suspension issues. I will never do business here again.

Dropped 320i off for squeaky breaks and sticky gas pedal on 3/2 at 11:30 am for scheduled appointment. Received update from Steve Spero at 12:08 Monday 3/5 stating tech was finishing up transfer case on another vehicle then 320i was next. 320i was not ready until 5pm Monday. Why did it take so long? My last battery service was the same, it took a week. These delays are unacceptable. On 3/5 I called & asked for the GM & SM to call me ASAP. As of Tuesday at noon, nobody has bothered to do so.
