After owning 5 BMWs over the last 10 years - This dealership and BMW as a whole has lost a customer for life! Very dissatisfied with the way that my most recent lease return was handled and plan on going elsewhere for all future purchases. Do yourself a favor and consider doing the same... you’ll be happy you did! Trust me...
So I bought an X5 last July, with the explicit intent of only purchasing the vehicle because it was to have the remote start installed when I picked it up Monday, as they had used the vehicle that weekend for employees to drive down to SC for a conference. Would love to give a lower rate. Every time I get my car serviced I get treated with no respect. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m younger than most or if it’s because I’m a female.

Went in for a test drive, decided not to purchase or lease. They call me every other day on my cell. I have asked 4 different times for them to stop, it so annoying.
They get a low rating because they lock their Gates preventing those of us who have bought a BMW i3 or i8 from charging after business hours.

Recently did a trade in and l had to get a manager to assist. They gave me back the same car advisor during my sell. My car was not completely detailed and they giving me a car with no gas. Told me to come back..Very racist

I brought my car in for the airbag recall a few months back, and my car and I were both treated like complete second rate citizens, as if they had better things to do and I was bothering them. The service dept was having their detailers give the other customers' cars a complementary wash when work was complete which I thought was a much appreciated gesture and a classy little touch, yet when I arrived later in the day to pick up my car, it was in the exact same condition that I had brought it in (not filthy, but clearly not ... read more

Went to get an extra key for my BMW and it was the worst experience EVER!!! Ordered key on Tuesday and I was told a couple of days and that was fine. The guy stated he would call as soon as it comes in. Husband emailed on Friday and was told it's been there since Wednesday with no call from Hendricks. We let that go and went today to get the key and we're told it would take a couple of minutes to program it. Worst experience ever. I'm done with them. Customer service is pitiful. They just don't care, they have the market cornered and they know it. I would suggest going anywhere else.
