Appointments have no bearing on their schedule. Nearly 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment and I have heard nothing. I don't recommend this dealership and if you are unfortunate enough to be forced into this location DO NOT go to the "lounge." It's a ploy to pacify you into dealing with the lousy service.
