Dear BMW, Never ever judge a person by the clothes they are or are not wearing! You lost a repeat customer by your unprofessional attitude towards us, and a sales BOY (Christian) that didn't have time for us on Friday who we talked with many times during the day on Saturday up until an hour before they closed, had an appointment on Sunday at opening time 1:00, to which Christian was late for our appointment running around trying to find keys to the car we had talked about only to come back & tell us the car had sold!!! they took parts of my car and when i noticed it they straight up lied i thought they had good customer service but removing parts or doing things to people just so they can pay thousands to get fixed is not right at all

They are horrible, they don't call and they don't care. It's ONLY about the money. Never returning to the Northlake location..... EVER!
I've used this location for service since it opened. Never had a bad experience.
Worst experience next to another large dealership in Mooresville. No one cares to return a call or email....customer service is horrible. Made the mistake of stopping at their Lexus dealership and was greeted by a sexually harrassing comment by a sales person before even entering the showroom. Someone at a higher level needs to start paying attentiion!
I bought a 2013 528i on 6/3/2016. I am aBlack male in a urban neighborhood with a 30 day tag. I am scared as hell that the police going to pull me over and death has been the outcome. I will not drive until I get a tag. Come on guys do your job.

I will never use or recommend this dealer to anyone as the service and customer service is dismal. I wish it would allow no stars. Apparently emailing the service rep, calling the service manager (who promised a call back within two days that never came) and personally hand writing a letter to the general manager does not even warrant a return email call or letter to address concerns. So much for personal service from a luxury brand. I will drive to another state just to avoid having them touch my x5 again. DO NOT USE!!!
I love Rick Zabala but everyone else ...... NO ..... Terrible service !!!!! Is it just me? But when I take my (so called certified BMW ) to Northlake Hendricks BMW for an issue, I had to go back twice before the issue was fixed. I brought this Certified BMW less than 1 year and had to take it to be fixed more than 7 times x 2 for issues that I have never had with my Ford expedition………………..I LOVE FORD .............. NorthLake BMW ...... yuck !!
