Came in on 10/30/20 referred to a salesman that sold my partner a car. As I was about to enter he steps out. I looked at what you had on the lot told him what I wanted. He stated he would call me Monday today is Thursday I came in today and he began to say he got busy. I find it hard to believe that when you and your associates were chewing the fat at your desk this morning. He sits directly behind your customer service rep!
I contacted this dealer through their web site asking for a out the door price on a vehicle (net price including taxes, fees, registration, etc.). They responded that it was in stock and when would I like to test drive it. I have driven many so I responded that I only needed to drive it if we come to terms on price, I then asked again for the out the door price. It's been almost thee days and nothing....crickets. Purchased a vehicle back In November, had curb damage on the wheels. Was told nothing can be taken off the price to compensate for this. So I got a voucher for the vendor to fix the wheels. Arrived 12/18 around 10am dropped the my car off was given a loaner with no tags or paper work. Waited 5 hours and my car wasn’t touched. Purchased a new vehicle on 11/30 and my dealer temp plates expired 12/30. Promises from Shane for weeks with no resolution and I have been driving for 12 days on expired dealer plates. This has been a terrible experience

4 messages left to have a service advisor return my call so I could ask a simple question. No return call. Then left my concern on their website and received an auto reply that someone would reach out to me as soon as possible. No one bothered. This organization is poorly run and communicates even more poorly. jerked around all day, no reply from service manager, run around from service department, have a 750i with door latch recall door flew open on my 8 year old daughter yesterday on the way home from school. Worse Customer Service I ever experienced. Bought a certified Pre owned BMW X1 and have not received the second key yet. Called and texted the sales person Mr. Terrance Clarke and He kept saying he would take care of it. I expected better service from a BMW dealership. DO NOT go to this dealership if you are in the military. Never go back there again. BTW still with out the second key!!!! will give ZERO stars if i can!!
The Vehicle buying experience was okay. The 3 series I bought is nice and drives great, Only a few things that I did not like. I was told that the car had a back up camera, it didn’t. And The vehicle had a few scratches and they weren’t taken care of. I’ve bought from the Mercedes across the street and when I showed them a scratch they took care of it for me.
