It has been a while since I was last asked to provide a minimum of 25 words with respect to any subject yet it is with great pleasure that I 'wax poetic' in my praise of JMK BMW and could expound at greater length than I would presume advisable. Great advice from Mark about the winter months as it affects the performance and handling of the 535i. I have highly recommended Mark to friends and family when asked about the location of purchase – JMK BMW. I love the car as it doesn't compare to any other vehicle I have driven thus far.

I have been a customer of mark carvalo for the past four bmw's that i have purchased in the past and just recently purchased my fith bmw with mark, and the reason why I rated each question with 5's is because he is very helpful and gets what needs to be done to make the customer happy. When I arrived at JMK BMW I received prompt attention. I met with Mark Carvalho who was very personable and professional. He communicated clearly and concisely about the pre-owned vehicle of my interest. Mark never pressured me to make a purchase, but was helpful with establishing budget objectives. After purchasing my vehicle Mark took the time to explain all the features by providing me with a "hands on" tutorial prior to closing. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from JMK BMW...ask for Mark!

I was referred to Mark via a fellow member of the NJ BMW CCA. I made an appointment to see him and he was prompt to meet me once I checked in with reception. He provided more information about 7 Series I was looking at than even I did which frankly is pretty rare. He went through the rebates that were available to me as a 7 Series owner in an honest and upfront fashion unlike some of the other dealers I have dealt with. My family has purchased at least 15 vehicles from JMK over the years and we continue to go back for every purchase because of the ease of every aspect of the transaction. There is never a prolonged back and forth on pricing, nor are there countless phone calls that start the moment I leave the dealership asking me if I have made my decision yet. Service is just as great; easy and painless.
