My experience at JMK BMW was by far the best experience I've ever had at a car dealership. There are at least 6 BMW dealerships closer to my home than JMK but I went there because Chuck Patire was recommended by a family member and I'm glad I did. Chuck is not a salesman. I have bought 15-20 cars from JMK. Their service dept. is the best. As far as my salesperson, Chuck Patire is the most knowledgeable and professional person I have dealt with. I have always been treated as if I was their most important customer.
Mr. Laurenzi was very professional and helped us find the car we wanted. He was always very nice and worked with us. We went in only to discuss the car and prices but we ended up buying the car that day. He made the process very easy and I will be staying in contact with him when I want a new BMW.
Mark Carvalho is totally dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. Makes the buying experience pleasant and easy. JMK in general is an updated facility and a very pleasant place to do business. This is our 3rd car with them and we have always been very happy with both sales and service.
