This is to give my utmost and sincere strong recommendation for the Service department at JMK BMW in Springfield, NJ. My 2008 528XI's warranty was about to expire in just a few days when I got an AWD error message. Making an appointment was a breeze, dropped off the car, my loaner was ready, and the car was fixed on time. About a month later, after the warranty had expired, I got the same error message again! Let me stat by saying that I live in Washington state and JMK BMW, as you know, is located in New Jersey. I wasn't able to find a car in the whole northwest and west coast of the US with the options I wanted that was able to touch the price that JMK sold me this vehicle at). We were extremely happy with JMK BMW and the salesperson, Ralph Gallina. We had been to quite a few dealerships-and were very discouraged with the sales people.
