Micheal has been a pleasure to deal with over the past decade or more. Ralph Galleri gave a most thorough orientation to my new BMW. He was generous with his time, unrushed, calm, patient & endured my questions with a sense of humor. Nice experience all around.
The whole experience at JMK BMW was wonderful! I got my X3 before the anticipated date and of course I love it!!! My saleperson was Tony Mancuso, who was very informative on the BMW brand and very easygoing and pleasant to work with. I also received guidance from Angelo Zito, General Sales Mgr. and the Finance Mgr, Cesa Sanchez put all the financing together. Ordered a new BMW 535 yesterday. This is the second car I leased with Mark Carvalho. He spent 4 1/2 hours with us, helping make decisions to arrive at the right car and right options. I am 59 years old and have bought and leased many cars. Mark is the most knowledgeable sales person I have encountered. He is enthusiastic about his product, but not 'high pressure' in his approach.
My sales person was Magdalena Brancaccio, she was wonderful to work with. She was very friendly and courteous. She was very attentive to any questions or requests that I had. She was extremely knowledgable of every car we asked about. Even when my fiancé asked some very technical questions she was able to provide a prompt detailed answer. Mark Carvalho is very knowledgable and made the process as smooth as possible. He answered all my questions and addressed issues raised regarding making sure the used car was fully services and ready for sale. He extended himself beyond what was expected. I will refer him with full confidence.

I am extremely impressed with the professionalism, care and honesty I received from Lucas Sienkiewicz. This is my second 7 series I lease from him. Magdalena helped me buy a used vehicle a couple of weeks ago. She was and continues to be attentive to ensuring my satisfaction with both the vehicle and the service I receive. Because of her, I found the buying process to be quick and easy. The side view mirrors happened to not work, and Magdalena saw to it that they were fixed and the car detailed prior to my pickup of the vehicle.
