This is my 5th purchase from Christopher and every time he is helpful, always willing to go that extra step and the dealership too! I was able to order my 3-series on spec with Chris over the phone. This is the the 3rd BMW I've gotten thru JMK, and they've always been exemplary, honest, price competitive and a dealer which treats the customer with respect. An extra shut-out for my CA, Mark Carvalho. Mark is extremely knowledgeable (he's an ex BMW tech), an absolute straight shooter who'll give you his honest opinion with no BS, follows thru on his commitments, and is willing to, and does, go above and beyond for his customers. I can't recommend him more highly.
My experience at JMK was excellent. Mark Carvalho was my salesman. He was professional, sincere and extremely helpful. Since the sales person I previously worked with at JMK left, I was concerned but Mark was everything I could have asked for in a salesperson. He devoted his time to explain all my questions and drove the car with me until I felt confident to drive it on my own. This is my eighth BMW and I will be going back for my next BMW to JMK in the beginning of July. Of course, Mark Carvalho will be my salesperson.
Mark is a very responsive and accommodating salesman. He was helpful in terms of detailing costs and giving me options. He took and great deal of time to explain the features of the car and to insure that I understood and could use the features before I pulled out of the parking lot. The dealership is excellent! The quality of their work and scheduling of maintenance is also top notch. This is my 5th car from this dealership.
Chuck had made us feel very comfortable from the moment we met him. He went over the deal in a very professional manner and answered any questions we had. He promptly returned our phone call and answered all emails in a timely fashion. He took his time explaining how the car features worked and addressed any issues we had. Chuck is a great salesman and we will definitely deal with him again when the time comes to buy our next BMW.
What really sets off JMK from some of their competitiors are the people that they have working for them. JMK is by far the best dealership in Northern New Jersey and it's for one reason and one reason only, the PEOPLE that work there. We currently lease two 328xi BMW's for our two sons. Well last night, my husband and I added yet another BMW to our family of cars.
