I'm the guy that all my family and friends go to when they need to buy a car. I've bought 10 cars in the last 3 years, many sight unseen. VP has been excellent to deal with from start to finish, using all technology available to him to do a full walk-around of the used vehicle. He also gave me details about service history you typically don't get. Price was very aggressive and very smooth service. VP is very professional, diligent, and very knowledgeable. I don't think I've come across a better salesman.

I got my X5 from BMW of Springfield, Helen Ng was my sales manager. She helped me a lot. Pros: (1) Price negotiation was easy, configuration process and all the paper work were transparent, no trick was played by this dealer (compared to my local dealer BMW Greenwich, which treated me like a fool and tried to sell me the X5 at MSRP). Was Greeted by April she walked me through the process sat me with Gabriel pulled out my chair walked me to waiting area explained the FANTASTIC CHANGES that are being made coffee area fresh ground coffee brownies cookies bagels snacks juices for kids ! Amazing Massage Chairs I didn't want to leave ! April & Gabe checked on me to see if I needed anything. Got me when car was done timely manner had car pulled up and ready !! I have a 2004 BMW X5 and have always serviced it at BMW of Springfield, the level of service is far superior to any other service center.The friendly atmosphere and personal attention from Tino,Jacob and the young ladies up front make every visit a great one.

I recently purchased a used 2014 jeep wrangler sport from the BMW of Springfield, it was a trade in car my friend had spotted on their lot. VP went out of his way to make the deal move. He was outstanding at accommodating every need making me feel comfortable during whole buying process. I first contacted him through email to lease X6 and he was not hesitant to give out every detail via email. I brought my CPO X5 to get serviced before my 3 yr. unlimited coverage warranty expired. Well, I was quite impressed with how Gabriel handled everything from start to finish. He left no stone unturned. He was able to update any service that my car would have required in the near future. I will be back for I am a very satisfied customer.
