This dealership has taken 180 degree turn ( for betterment ) under leadership of Mr .David Miles .I have known Mr .Miles for almost 2 years now and has never been disappointed with his friendliness , willingness to help and customer service . Just bought my first BMW after two long years of research. I normally hate the car buying process, but my experience with BMW of Columbia was great! Love the new dealership. Very friendly staff. Jeremy was easy and fun to work with and very knowledgeable of my car's features. Have already received follow up calls from staff to see how I'm enjoying the car. Great service! Bottom line, I LOVE my 740. The buying experience went very well. Jeremy Easterling is very knowledgeable about the vehicle and has helped me learn how to operating this "Ultimate Diving Machine" the way it is intended to be driven. Overall, it was a great experience.

My husband purchased our X6 from Jeremy. It was a red carpet experience. Jeremy even went as far as to personally deliver and set up my SURPRISE anniversary present. The service did not stop there. Jeremy is always available to answer any questions that I have and always makes it a point to stop and speak when I am in for the routine maintenance. Excellent customer service!

My experience with Jeremy Easterling and Otis Morris Jr.was great. They meet me at the door and made the process very easy.
