Andrew Sullivan and Daren Ball turned what could have been a nightmare today into nothing but a blip on the radar. I bought my BMW from Andrew two years ago, and I have dealt with Andrew and Daren on a several occasions and have had nothing but positive experiences. The buying experience was by far the best I have had in my 20 plus years living in South Carolina. The entire team is awesome. Brett Bostic is a tremendous asset to your dealership. Brett went out of his way to help me when I came to your dealership on Saturday May 6th. He prepped me on everything BMW offered as far as extended warranties, and other protections to add to my purchase. He was helpful with a follow up phone call to me on Monday May 7th, and he also handled the paperwork when I picked up my car on Wednesday May 10th. Again, he was 5 star all the way. Truly an asset to your dealership.
Purchased a new X1 today and found everyone who worked on my behalf to be courteous, professional and accommodating Had my X3 serviced this week and was very pleased with that are of operation as well..
