This is my second new BMW purchased at BMW of Columbia. I tried many other dealers over the years, but found none of them to be as sincere, friendly and cooperative as the team at Columbia. I spent several weeks in touch with them this time, since we specified and ordered the car from production in Germany. Every communication was quick and effective. I enjoyed getting to know them and find that these are the people that I want to give my business to.

Jeremy treated me the way I wanted to be treated when visiting a car dealership. He answered my questions honestly. I didn't feel like a "mark" he was attempting to convert to sales--I felt like a human being while visiting this dealership. I would have bought the car anyway--I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly, personable service provided by this dealership.

Had a very good experience. Obtained a very good deal ahead of time via e-mail with Jeremy. The car was to be for my wife and even though she decided on another vehicle on the lot the same very good deal passed through to that car.
