My very first time purchasing (leasing) a BMW and I actually got two. Joe Sicilio was by far the best car salesman I've ever worked with. He's got my business for life or as long as stick with BMWs. He also left me in very capable hands with Jeremy who spent time with me going over my new car. Brett Bostic was a pleasure to work with in the finance department. Along with Henry the experience was incredible. Overall, the best car buying experience ever.
Colby helped me in a very difficult situation -- my college senior at USC got in an accident and totaled her car. We live in Virginia and Colby facilitated our purchase over a handful of phone calls and texts. I have never before had such a GREAT car buying experience. From the first handshake with Joe Sicilio, I was made to feel welcome and appreciated.
