Mr. Johnson has been nothing but patient and courteous with my situation. He did not give up on me and once I was able to get my finances in order, he assisted me in getting my BMW. My very first time purchasing (leasing) a BMW and I actually got two. Joe Sicilio was by far the best car salesman I've ever worked with. He's got my business for life or as long as stick with BMWs. He also left me in very capable hands with Jeremy who spent time with me going over my new car. Brett Bostic was a pleasure to work with in the finance department. Along with Henry the experience was incredible. Overall, the best car buying experience ever.

Colby helped me in a very difficult situation -- my college senior at USC got in an accident and totaled her car. We live in Virginia and Colby facilitated our purchase over a handful of phone calls and texts. We used USAA car buying service to lock down a very good price, and Colby was highly professional, personably and efficient gettting us -- and my daughter -- into a replacement car. I highly recommend BMW of Columbia!

I have never before had such a GREAT car buying experience. From the first handshake with Joe Sicilio, I was made to feel welcome and appreciated. He asked for a list of what was most important to me in purchasing a car, then offered options but never pressured me into choosing a vehicle.
