I had a good experience at this dealership because the salesman was patient with me and explained everything that was going to happen during the purchase of my car. He also understood all my concerns with buying a pre-owned car and ensured me that everything would be ok.

Henry came out and greated me and made me feel welcome at BMW of Columbia! I already knew what car I wanted so Henry and I sat down and discussed what I wanted (accessories) on or with the car. I was interested in a used Audi A6 they had on the lot and was a little hesitant in seeing it, since the dealership was over an hour away. I called to inquire about the car and was quickly transferred to someone who gladly answered all my questions, so I decided to drive the hour. My experience was just wonderful.I found my car at BMW of Columbia on there web site. I e-mailed them about my 328i BMW and Sara Perrone-Rinaldi e-mailed my the next day with the price and a preferred customer #. She made my appt and when I got there they welcomed me with first class services. I got the exact car that I wanted with no problem. Buying an X3 at BMW of Columbia was the most pleasent car bying experience we have ever had.
