Joe was knowledgable and very helpful. He is professional and went out of his way to meet our needs. The upfront, no nonsense attitude of the dealership staff was appreciated.
My experience at BMW Of Columbia was great; my husband, daughter and I were met with awesome customer service throughout the trade-in of our prior vehicle and purchase of another vehicle. My Husband and I were greeted by Joey McIntosh upon our arrival at BMW. After introducing himself, he inquired which BMW we were interested in looking at and test driving. I took my 2007 3 series in for routine maintance, and I was not in the market for a new car. Colby Alley with the sales staff sold my current (second) BMW to me, and he is always very accomodating when I go in for service. He peaked my interest about leasing a new car verses purchasing as I had with my last two BMWs. After spending minimal time with him and driving the 1 series, I am now leasing a 2012.
