Overall the experience was awesome. Mr. McIntosh was an excellent client advisor. Joey helped me with all aspects of the car sale. After dealing with BMW of Columbia, I won't even consider shopping anywhere else in the future. I love the car. Thanks to the entire staff.

I just bought a used BMW and it’s all thanks to Joey. He sent me a text about a car he thought I would be interested in (I had been looking for a car for about a month). The next day when I made it to the dealer ship I test drove the car and was amazed. I had to have it. Joey took me inside and we knocked out all of the paper work in just over an hour. I was very pleased with this dealership and would strongly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a competitive price and good treatment. The purchase was smooth and without a glitch of any type. The dealership helped me get a better interest rate on the loan than I had been offered by USAA (which was a very good rate to start with). Buying my 2011 BMW 328i was a great experience at BMW of Columbia. Joey was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Prices are worth driving from Charlotte to take advantage of.

Joey is by far the most professional and understanding salesperson I've ever worked with. He has recognized my family and I and remembered us by name after short introductions and during impromptu visits to look around. I'm very indecisive and considered several options over the course of 3 weeks before the purchase of our second BMW from Joey. We just bought a new 335i Sport Line and the experience couldn't have gone any better thanks to Jeff Rubin's professionalism, enthusiasm for his product, and dedication to his job. We shopped around a bit, and not only did we get the best deal from BMW of Columbia, but Jeff made the process so pleasant that we wanted to buy a car from him. This wasn't the case with some dealers who we talked with before discovering BMW of Columbia. I would - and will - recommend him to anyone.
