I have been a BMW customer for over 10 years. My recently experience was "excellent" and completely satisfying. Joey was very professional, answered all my questions regarding a brand new 2012, 528i and options. He explained to vehicle’s options in detail during the test drive; this was very comfortable and encouraging specifically with all the new technology. I love BMW of Columbia. This is the 2nd car that I have purchased from this dealership and now it is time for me to buy a car for my daughter. Everything went very well and everyone was very pleasant. Henry and Chad were both awesome and they made my experience as "painless" as possible. I was not there for an extended period of time which made things even better. The best car shopping experience I've had!!
