I challenge you to find another dealership more knowledgeable, professional, upbeat, and courteous than this dealership. It won't happen. From the moment I step in, regardless of the wait, I am greeted with a smile and offered refreshments. I would recommend you go "NO" where else but BMW of Columbia. The service and my experience was commendable. From dealing with the General Sales Manager, Lloyd W. Steeves II to him handing me off to Joey McIntosh in used car sales, I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Joey was "very professional" and took the time to go through the car in detail. We contacted this dealer based on an ad on autotrader.com. We received a response almost immediately and discussed the vehicle in depth with Joey McIntosh. Although it was not a BMW, Joey described the vehicle’s features and condition in great detail. He also sent us a list detailing the price, fees and taxes, as well as a credit application. Following an internet search, I contacted this dealership by telephone. The sales manager was very courteous and we made an appointment for a few days later. I received two follow-up calls to confirm my intent and interest in keeping the appointment, which was ok with me. At the appointment,we were able to examine and test drive the vehicle. We reached an agreement and a short time later that day, we drove the vehicle home. This was a first-time experience with BMW of Columbia SC and I am pleased.

One word that best describes the Dealership is --PROFESSIONALISM. That is very hard to find in the car business. Everyone took all the time necessary to make the purchase a pleasure. The overall atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. I was ready to buy a car from another manufacturer but after experiencing the sales approach at BMW of Columbia I decided on the BMW instead. Keep up the excellent service BMW of Columbia, customers do recognize and buy from companies such as yours.

Sales manager Loyd was the best i've ever experienced. I have purchased BMW's since 1978 from Illinois, Ohio, PA, Arizona, and California. This sales manager was the greatest. His attention to detail and customer service was unmatched anywhere. Thanks Columbia BMW Reverend L. Belt TRENTC Ministry

My client advisor at BMW of Columbia is George Brunson. George is always there to answer all of my questions since I bought my BMW. When it comes to service Michael Merrit is outstanding. After servicing my BMW is returned clean. Michael is professional and friendly. George and Michael make me feel right at home. BMW of Columbia has great people working in the parts department as well. I love to go in there for car care products. The experts there will advise you on what products to use on your BMW. I recently purchased a 2008 Acura TL from BMW of Columbia. I originally saw the car on autotrader.com and was ultimately referred to Brett at BMW. He was very friendly, very knowledgable and not pushy at all. I really enjoyed doing business with him. I would definitely recommend him to anyone I know.
