I called ahead of time and scheduled appointment for service. Prior to my appointment, I received an email reminder which was nice. When I brought my car in for service, I was professionally greeted and quickly directed to my service rep, Emilee McClellan. She had me in a loaner and on my way to work in short order. Emilee McClellan is the only reason I have my car service at the dealership in Columbia SC she is very helpful and always call you to inform you of the status of your vehicle.I only wished the other service there was as efficient as Ms McClellan sometimes when I call the phone is not answered and when you leave a message with the answering machine... if you can it is never given. My car buying experience at BMW of Columbia was great! Ike Deas and Joe Snyder were very patient and allowed me time to be comfortable with the purchase. They were very respectful of my time and did not apply unnecessary pressure. They made sure that I was aware of all of the options available to me. This was my best car buying experience.

my review is bases primarily on my service representatve,Emillee. she is the sole reason my experience has been as good as it has been. if there is an issue, she responds immediately and always fixes the prom blem. her follow through after the work is done is always there.

I was satisfied with the quality of work provided. Emilee worked really hard to please me this time. The car was delivered on time I received a call about other issues with the car. A concern with the service area is privacy. I do not like that other people can hear what I am discussing with the service representative. I like booths.

ISAAC DEAS IS THE MOST PROFFESIONAL AND CARING AUTO SALESPERSON THAT I HAVE DEALT WITH. HE TREATED MY WIFE WITH THE UTMOST RESPECT WHEN WE PURCHASED OUR 2005 BMW 530I, AS I WAS NOT WITH HER WHEN THE DEAL WAS NEGOTIATED. EMILY IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT WAS ALSO VERY CARING,AND MADE US FEEL THAT SHE WAS CONCERNED WITH OUR EXPERIENCE WHEN WE CAME IN FOR ROUTINE SERVICE. I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND BMW OF COLUMBIA FOR SALES AND SERVICE.

I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership in the past 8 months. It was actually fun! No hassles, every promise was kept to the letter and the people are genuinely interested in earning and keeping your business. I have referred friends to this dealer and they have had the exact same experience. I am already planning my next purchase and I would not think of going anywhere else. These folks actually seem to 'get it'. I wish them every success because they sure are earning it.

I recently had my car serviced for its scheduled maintenance and inspection. Emilee was very attentive to me as this was my first time. She called me to make sure I didn't miss my appointment. She even suggested that I bring it in early that morning by 7:30 to get the very first spot, and I did. My car was ready by lunchtime and I really appreciated it. Every time I have come to this location and Emilee has been my service provider, I have been more than satisfied. She is friendly, knowlegeable and most importantly, she keeps her word. She and Jason Scarboro are the only reason I chosen to keep my car as opposed to selling it. If everyone treated customers like they do, the car industry would be in much greater shape!!
