I found this car online at a great price which got my attention first and then the warranty and low miles were a bonus. I know because I have been looking for a year. The salesman (Joey McIntosh) answered my initial inquiry about the car promtply and all questions thereafter. Friendly, acountable and honest. Although I have never disliked the experience of purchasing a car, the folks at Columbia BMW made the experience even better. They gave me a good price on my trade and didn't mark up the used car to make up the difference. They stuck to the deal we made when it came time for the final transaction to occur.

After graduating from USC in December 2011, I was ready for a luxury automobile. I had a great experience with BMW of Columbia. This was my first car I ever purchased on my own so I wasn't completely certain of the process but Joey and the BMW of Columbia team made feel comfortable and were very helpful in assisting in my car buying process. Both Henry and Jeff were very helpful in assessing our past lease and in doing their due diligence to make sure we were highly satisfied with our new lease with BMW. They were very curtious, professional and efficient in making sure we were completely satisfied. My last experience with my automobile dealership was not a pleasant one. I am, however, looking forward to my future experiences with these gentlemen and this dealership.
