I went to this dealership because I heard the service department was amazing. What I quickly found out was the client advisors are just as awesome. Henry was very helpful in giving me the needed information for making a decision on which car to buy. He asked me very helpful questions that identified the type of car I was looking for and he didn't try to oversell me. Jeremy was a true professional, very knowledgeable and very patience because of all the questions I had. I felt no pressure to buy, or make up my mind. I bought a vehicle from BMW of Columbia. I got the vehicle at a great price. I ended up having issues with the vehicle 3 weeks after I purchased it. They took the responsibility for resolving the issue the the manufacturer and the extended warranty company. After 2 weeks of discussions with the manufacturer and the extended warranty company, they were able to get my car repaired.
