I really enjoyed working with Issac. I didn't go to the BMW Dealership for a BMW, instead I was looking for a Toyota FJ Cruiser. I saw one online that they had and it looked great and was priced very nice. I had done my research and had been looking for a while. My experience with Joey McIntosh was a great experience, Joey went above and beyond to compete my sales choice. He was professional, gracious and knowledgable on the sale item that we were selecting.Joey did not fail to keep me inform of the process from start to finish because of Joey I will recommend this dealership to all my friends, although I live out of town I traveled to BMW of Columbia to get the best deal and the best vehicle.

We started looking for alternatives to Charlotte, NC because the delearships in Charlotte have a bit of a "take it or leave" attitude when it comes to selling automobiles. We found the sales and management staff at BMW Columbia to be helpful, knowledgeable and flexible. This was an excellent customer experience for us.

We were so impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of every employee that worked on our purchase. Isaac Dease was our salesman. He was so knowledgable and very willing to assist us with our every question. He is a definitely an asset to your company and this dealership (BMW of Columbia). This was our second experience with this dealership and again, we received the best customer service. Just recently, we decided to upgrade our BMW and the staff, especially Isaac along with Brett, really made the process a great transition. They made sure that our transition went well and I applaud them for the excellent values on good customer service.

We were treated wonderfully at BMW of Columbia. This was our first experience purchasing a car and Isaac took the time to explain everything to us. My husband and I enjoyed our experience and if we are ever in the position to purchase a BMW, we will definitley be back!

all i have to say, MR.Isacc did a great job, the best,i will recommend this dealership to all my friends.the only''down fall was, $500 was my max i wonted to pay a month. no more then $28,000 for any car,but GOD will make a way. thank's So much MR.Deas Isacc you did a good job.if everything work out, my next car will be from BMW OF COLUMBIA.onces agean thanks mr. isacc thank u all.GOD BLESS

We had a wonderful experience at BMW of Columbia. Ike was very friendly and knowledgeable, and we never felt pressured or uncomfortable in any way. They were able to answer all of our questions, and I would say that customer service and satisfaction are very high on their list of priorities. I would definitely 'shop' with them again, as well as recommend them to a friend.
