"Service department is not customer friendly. I am..." Service department is not customer friendly. I am repeatedly told by my service advisor how they have 10,000 customers and only five of them; how he works 10-11 hour days, etc.He has never returned a call although I have left two voice messages requesting a return call. "Poor communicationUnclear warrantiesLoaners not..." Poor communication Unclear warranties Loaners not available even when car not drivable and expect u to wait another 5 days for a loaner and waiting to fix car Too expensive

I apologize you were not able to attain a loaner on your recent service visit. We normally keep approximately 60 loaners in our fleet however currently that number has decreased to 25 due to worldwide inventory shortages. Vehicle inventory levels will start increasing in September and October which will enable us to normalize the courtesy fleet. "I would not recommend them. They don’t pay attention to..." I would not recommend them. They don’t pay attention to detail when dealing with your vehicle. I took my car to be serviced to have a tire changed. I have the hazard wheel tire & package which covers you getting your rim & wheel replaced if damaged. I have all season roll flat tires on my car & they placed it with a regular tire on my car thinking I wouldn’t pay attention to it because I’m a woman. A black woman at that. "Service consultant never called me back over a 4 week..." Service consultant never called me back over a 4 week period after me leaving several messages. Had to go to manager to resolve my issue. Call good times also extremely long. Each time I called the hold time was more than 30 minutes without any human acknowledgement.

Long story short I initially purchased a 2015 X3 that I specifically asked to have certain features. I think the vehicle is defective only to find out that the features I asked for were never on the vehicle to start. "Worst experience I've had. My service advisor wasn't..." Worst experience I've had. My service advisor wasn't there and another advisor gave me wrong attitude. I asked her what's the payment for because I didn't know about it. She raised her voice up and said that i can leave the car there and come back another day to talk to my advisor. She said that she will not let me drive without paying. I was only asking about it and that's what she supposed to say?!? She was very rude.
