"Wasted my time " I had appt for oil change. Arrived 20 min early. They took car back. Two hours later no oil change. They came back saying they could not get plug off and my car was being washed. 35 min later car was brought around. Dirty. Had not been washed. So now I've wasted 3 hours and didn't get anything down to my car. And no sympathy that it's Election Day and because they wasted all this time, I don't get to Vote. I inquired about my car 4 times making it clear I had to Vote. Not a car in the world.

"Purchase of my vehicle " I was skeptical about purchasing a vehicle from BMW simply because of the name. I had a salesman reach out to me ,out of the blue, when I was just "thinking" about a new vehicle! I made an appointment to discuss my budget. When I approached the dealership, i had outstanding customer service! I was promised 4 new tires. When I came back to replace the tires ,my salesman was no longer available, and no tires available unless at my expense!!, I was looked at like trailer trash!!

"Even the GM is a liar" So I was waiting to get a response of some kind from the GM since the dealership still has my contact information and see if any apology or actual reimbursement for my travel expenses happened and it has not after a week+. In response, the 2017 Ram Rebel the had for sale in their used lot was most definitely a smokers truck. "xxxx bags" This is by far the worst experience in car buying I've ever had. Came in to buy a used car off their lot check in hand and asked before I got there, drove out of state to pick it up, if it was a smokers vehicle. Talked to three different people all reassuring me it wasn't even though they knew it was. Absolute xxxx bags. Wasted gas and my time.... will never buy from these guys

"Bad business practices " After shopping around the dealership, I didn’t find exactly what I was looking for in my new 535I. After a short discussion with the salesman, Terry Capers, about my specific wants and needs he assured me he had the car for me it was just located at the other dealership in the area. I bought my X3 about a month and a half ago and waited as long as possible to write this review due to a promise for minor superficial repairs for parts that were supposed to be arriving soon. Jay is super personable and fun to work with but as of yet my glovebox and windshield have yet to be fixed which is disheartening. I really wanted to give five stars but the lack of follow through post-sale on unfulfilled promises is what has prompted three stars.

I've been trying to get through to someone dealing with Titles at this dealership. Every time I call, I get transferred to an extentsion that continuously rings. I call back and get transferred again. No one seems to be working today. I can't get any help!

We purchased a 2008 BMW 528i from this dealership in October of 2015. The car had some cosmetic things that needed to be done to it, new windshield, new paint, etc. But when we purchased the car, we were told it was in great condition, all the service had been done at this particular dealership, said it had no problems. Six weeks after purchasing the car, it began smoking. Took it to the dealership only to find it it had 2 oil leaks--one in the oil pan and the valve cover gasket was cracked. I got same car 10,000 cheaper from another BMW dealer. really disappointed. because i buy luxury cars does not mean I'm stupid :( . friendly stuff bad pricing.
