TERRIBLE DEALER!! I recently purchased a vehicle through their eBay store. Their “Terms and Conditions” specifically state to contact them within 24 hours to pay deposit and arrange payment. I did exactly that and when I called them they informed me that they made a decision to sell the vehicle to another customer. Their internet sales manager, Jeff Rose, and General Manager, Rich Winterman, both had nothing to say other than “there is nothing we can do about it”. I was looking to purchase a 535i X-drive GT and my husband had dealt with them before, so we went there to see if we couldn't make a deal. He wouldn't come down much on a Demo GT that had 7,000 miles on it (how can a 2011 demo get that many miles?) It was clearly a used car. BEWARE!! Ed Besl was a wonderful sales person, but after trying to go through him to get Dave Bruegge's (Business Manager) poor performance resolved, even Ed started ditching my contacts. SCAMMED on a vehicle service contract (extended warranty) that I purchased and failed to ever receive, I promptly cancelled it after numerous failed contacts to get my warranty information. A WORD OF CAUTION... Avoid service at this dealership. I have now had two awful experiences and will not ever return. They play up their focus on customer service / satisfaction but only care about the almighty dollar. When things do not go as planned, they put the blame on you. In the most recent instance, I dropped my car off for some routine work. They had a week to complete the job. I bought a 2007 MINI Cooper with four miles on it from this facility, and at 441 miles, it quit. At this time they've had the car for two weeks (I had it for one), and no one is keeping me informed of its status. I've been promised the car numerous times only for me to call and find out it's still not fixed. Scott Klien, the service manager, is absolutely terrible (agreeing with a previous rating). BMW Store is a puzzle to me. Their location is simply deplorable -- hard to find, very hilly, poor signage, old/outdated building -- not the curb appeal or presentation you would expect for a BMW dealership. On the followup BMWNA calls, I have rated them everywhere from a "5" (best) to a "1." The have a system where you are assigned to a service assistant, who has a dedicated service team. Took my 330xi in for service & spoke with Todd for warranty repairs & oil service. First time bringing my car into a BMW dealership - told me that everything would be under warranty no charge. I pick up the car, bill for $280!! I asked why, another CSR looked up my history and said my maintenance expired at 36,000 miles & Oil service was not covered.
