The Cincinnati BMW Store Sales Associates are very customer focused. I always feel welcome each time I visit. Eric was very knowledgeable about vehicle and options (given the number of different options available that is impressive). Eric helped me navigate through these various options when placing the order, explaining the differences between individual choices versus package choices which typically provide a better value. Paul was very respectful, helpful and knowledgeable about BMW cars and cars that are comparable price-wise. The car was delivered earlier than promised. The pick up day explanation about the car basics was given at an easy to understand level.

The lease of my Mini was a great experience for me. I was warmly welcomed by Whitney who did a great job determining my wants and needs. Everything was thoroughly explained and discussed.I was able to test drive the exact car I wanted to lease, by myself, which is appreciated as test driving with a sales person can be too distracting. Oh My Gosh Darren Deserved Five Stars For His Salesmenship / Customer Service Technique. Darren Was There To Answer Every Question Promptly And He Explained Every Thing To Me In Great Detail. Darren Showed A Great Deal Of Finesse When It Came To Dealing With Me Throughout The Whole Car Buying Process.
