I have had a wonderful experience ordering my new BMW with Chris!! I came to him recently (Chris worked with my husband, Bill Cordes, when Bill bought his BMW) when I was shopping for a new car. I have had two Saab convertibles and I have been very happy with both cars. Eventhough I had under 60,000 miles I was concerned that parts are "drying up" for Saabs since they have gone out of business. Great experience for me. The BMW store staff showed a great deal of professionalism and capability. When discussions on the various financial trade-in, pricing, etc came up, the sales manager I worked with was very competent and quick to understand all aspects of the discussion. Product pricing was good and very appropriate for the value provided.
Everything was great!! My salesman was a pleasure to work with! And I LOVE my new car! I will certainly recommend the Cincinnati BMW store!!!
