The BMW came highly recommended to me but I had to see for myself. Brad Martin was my sales representative and he was all about customer service. I test drove two cars one day, went back to walk through the lot on a rainy day with him to see colors and interior combinations. I had many questions (phone and email) and Brad was always quick to respond. My shopping experience was pleasant, I never felt like I was being rushed into a decision. I've had the car for two weeks and it is a dream to drive.
Sarah Ahmed and the group at the BMW Store made my recent car purchase the best car-buying experience I've ever had. Sarah was a consumate professional and made buying a car a very efficient and actually enjoyable experience.
Bought my first (and likely not my last!) mini from here. The people are great, everyone made the process, from answering my questions, to the test drive, to finalizing the deal, very straightforward. And perhaps most importantly they sold me some sweet wheels!

This was the best buying experience I have ever had when buying a car. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I did not feel any pressure to buy any certain car. The salesman took me around the lot and never seemed bothered to do so. After talking with the salesman for awhile he introduced me to the sales manager who was able to come to a price I could afford. The entire experience was just fantastic! Bought my first BMW while stationed in Germany as my second car. Loved it so much I brought a new one home. Replaced it 14 years ago at The BMW Store. That was a good buying experience and my most recent was a repeat. I met Chuck Wiener back in January when I first started looking. I liked his no pressure way of doing business.
