Bought our first 5 Series thru BMW Store, and have it serviced here ever since. Brought it in for scheduled maintenance and inquired about another 5 in inventory. Now we have two ..... Shouldn't everyone???? Thanks Tim Gabbard and Paul Cassady. The BMW Store has the right formula. They have done everything right to make us a repeat customer.

I've dealt with several BMW dealerships over the years, and this is by far the best. Everyone I dealt with was incredibly professional and knowledgeable about the product. Chuck Wiener was a very helpful salesman and was great to work with. I was really impressed with the attention to detail and low-pressure sales approach. The experiences I've had at the BMW Store in Cincinnati over the past 10 years have been nothing short of phenomenal. I will never go to another dealership or buy anything other than a BMW at this point in my life. Paul and Ric have been great to work with over the years.
all I can say is they were freakishly patient with my search. Anything I wanted to see or try out, they never answered no. they would have let me try 20 cars if I had asked to compare. they made it very easy and I would totally do it all over again. Dean and Ric were willing to do anything within reason to get me in the one that was right for me. I have had it for a week and everything has been super.

As someone who has worked in marketing for many years, I recognize and appreciate great customer service...and that is exactly what we got with Paul Kolleck at this BMW store. We were not planning to buy a BMW at first. We have owned two Lexus cars and really like them. We also looked at Audi and Mercedes but liked the BMW better. We've only had the car for a few weeks but we already love it.
This is my third purchase at The BMW Store in 13 yrs. I enjoyed working with a well informed young man who truly displays his passion not only for the cars he sells, but also for treating the customer fairly and honestly throughout the entire process. Additionally, The BMW store has the best service department. Eric Hensley and staff are terrific! That is another major reason I buy BMW's at this location.
