This is my second purchase from the BMW Store (one used and now one new vehicle). The staff does an excellent job in making this an "experience" instead of purchase transaction. I never felt like I was being "sold", I felt more like I had an automotive consultant. I looked at other brands for a short while, but decided early on that I wanted a BMW and that I wanted to purchase from Chuck Wiener. He is a true professional who dealt with me fairly and honestly. I hope to purchase again from Chuck.....HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!
This is our 3rd BMW from the BMW Store. We had a very positive experience with Chuck. Our best sales experience to date! Never pressured and felt he had our best interest in mind. Ended up buying the 2014 model on the floor versus building a new car. We got a deal of a life time!

I started the process of looking for a car with my son, I wasn't in any hurry to replace it and it was more about bonding with him than replacing my old reliable car. We visited a lot of dealerships before the BMW Store but I couldn't get past the driving experience. I drove and purchased a 550I X and the car was unbelievable as was the BMW professional salesman, Nick Norman. I had the most awesome experience and the price was unmatched. I highly recommend that you visit Nick!
I dreaded buying a new car but was pleasantly surprised how great the experience was at the The BMW Store. Both Brad and Chris were very professional, courteous and so easy to work with. I will definitely recommend them to anyone-and yes, it was worth the drive from Dayton. As for the car, I am so excited--a new 535 just for me.
I live very close to the BMW Store, I was on my way to the gym when a M3 with dealer tags pulled behind me at a stop light. I gave him the thumbs up and i followed him down the road to the store to salivate over his ride. Needless to say the M3 was out of my league and searched the lot for a pre owned that fit my needs. My wife and I came into look at one of their used cars for sale and we worked with their salesman John Beam. John was very pleasant and professional. We enjoyed our car buying experience, John even allowed me to have the car put up on the rack so I could inspect underneath. I was very pleased about that. We purchased the vehicle that day.
