I walked into the BMW dealership after test driving several other car makes and knew right away that my search was over! Chris Lykins greeted me and listened to what I was looking for. He directed me to the x1 and it was the perfect fit. I am very decisive, and the service I received, the beautiful details of the car, and their willingness to help me finance the car made my mind up quick that this was the best car for me. I would definitely recommend this dealership to a friend. They take customer service to the next level!
Paul Cassady was very nice to work with and found the car we wanted. He made sure that I knew how to work all the features. Filling out the paperwork took no time at all. The whole process is very organizied. I feel that if I ever do need something, I will be taken care of.
Paul Kolleck was a great to work with to get my second car from the BMW store. He is always very responsive, direct and he doesn't waste time. He get things done and works with his customers very well. I haven't had an issue in the last three years driving my X3 and I am enjoying already my new one even more. I can recommend the BMW store because they are taking care of their customers.

Buying a car can be really difficult especially if you are a woman coming in alone to purchase a car. I have purchased many cars and this has been the best car buying experience I have ever received. In an attempt to save some cash and gain some space I made my wife trade in her MINI...short version is we didn't save money and she never really liked the other car either. As they say happy wife = happy life. We came back and bought a used Countryman. This makes our 3rd MINI. Now we are both happy. Great car and Great folks!
